Routero ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect information when you use the Routero mobile application.


1. Information We CollectWe may collect the following categories of information:Personal Information
Name, email address, profile information, and account preferences provided when you register or update your profile.
Location Data
If you choose to enable location services, we may collect precise or approximate location information to display nearby places, events and community activity.
Usage Data
We collect information about how the app is used, such as pages viewed, features interacted with and general time spent within the application. This information is used to understand overall usage patterns and improve the Routero experience.
User-Generated Content
Photos, reviews, comments and other content you upload to the platform.
Technical Information
Device type, model, operating system, platform, app version, push notification token, crash logs, performance data and analytics information about how the app is used.
Push Notifications
If you enable push notifications, we collect a device push token to deliver notifications. This token does not include personal content.
We do not sell your personal information. Personal data is processed to operate, improve and maintain the Routero platform. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed or anonymised in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Certain information may be retained where legally required.

User Photos and Uploaded ContentYou retain ownership of any content you upload.By posting content, you grant Routero a limited licence to display that content within the app so other users can view it in context (such as reviews or listings).We do not use user-generated content for third-party advertising without explicit consent.You may delete your content through your account at any time.

Data Sharing and DisclosureWe may share information:With trusted service providers (such as cloud hosting and infrastructure providers) who process data strictly on our behalf under contractual safeguardsRoutero does not track users across third-party apps or websites and does not use personal data for cross-app advertising or profiling.Where required by law or legal processWith other users where content is shared publicly within community featuresAnalytics data may be aggregated and anonymised.

Users can delete their Routero account at any time directly within the app.Steps to delete your account:1. Open the Routero app.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Settings.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Confirm the deletion request.
When an account is deleted:• Your profile information, email address and personal data are permanently removed.
• Uploaded content such as reviews, comments or photos may be removed or anonymised if it forms part of public community content.
• Some limited technical or legal records may be retained for a short period where required for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
